Meet Christiana Christofi, CEO & Founder
Christiana Christofi (BA Public & Business Administration, University of Cyprus; MSc Management, University of Surrey, UK) is the driving force behind Human Asset as CEO since July 2012.
Her illustrious 25+ year HR career began at KPMG Greece’s People Services in 1998, advancing to HR Manager, then HR Director at KPMG Cyprus for a decade; in 2011, she launched the HR Advisory division at First Elements Euroconsultants before founding Human Asset. With deep expertise in Executive Search & Selection, mastering interviewing skills and assessment centers alongside Performance Management, Learning & Development and Salary Surveys, she delivers transformative solutions. Christiana’s vision? Empowering professionals to thrive and proudly champion their employers, fostering workplaces where people truly flourish.
Meet Emi Bafa, Head of Executive Search
Emi Bafa (BA Sociology, University of Essex; MSc Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour, CIIM) leads Human Asset’s Executive Search & Selection since 2014, with over 13 years driving recruitment excellence.
She manages a diverse portfolio spanning a wide range of positions and job families across industries and levels – from Officers to CEOs – for clients in Cyprus, Greece and other EU countries. Through daily interactions, Emi also coaches professionals on career navigation, interview mastery and landing the perfect role. Her philosophy? Crafting fulfilling careers where professionals shine and proudly champion their work and employers.
Meet Evelina Kakoulli, HR Administrator
Evelina Kakoulli (BSc Business Management, University of Derby 2021–2024; MSc Global Human Resource Management, Northumbria University 2024–2025, Distinction) joined Human Asset in October 2025 as HR Administrator.
She supports clients across the full recruitment cycle – from talent sourcing and CV screening to interview coordination and seamless communication – ensuring a professional experience for both employers and candidates. Evelina excels as a collaborative team player with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, actively participating in interviews to connect people with roles that match their aspirations.
Meet Antonis Christodoulides, HR Administrator
Antonis Christodoulides (BSc Sports Business Management; MSc Human Resource Management, Manchester Metropolitan University) supports Human Asset’s HR operations as Administrator since October 2025.
He manages day-to-day HR functions while working closely with clients and candidates – reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining clear, approachable communication. Antonis actively participates in interviews, helping match talent to roles that align with their skills and career goals, while building expertise in people analytics and modern HR practices.
