Our client, a well-established company operating in the pharmaceutical industry is looking to employ energetic individuals to join the team
Position’s Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise a team of 5 medical representatives
- organising appointments and meetings with doctors and pharmacists
- demonstrating or presenting products to doctors by providing product information and deliver product samples
- Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Build positive trust relationships to influence targeted group in the decision making process
- Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
- meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
- attending conferences and meetings
- reviewing sales performance
- writing reports
Position’s Requirements
- Acquiring a Bachelor’s degree of Medical representative or Biology or Chemistry or any other related field
- At least 5 years of professional relevant experience is required
- Commercial awareness
- Confidence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Fluency in Greek and English languages (both verbal and written)
